What should I do if I cannot make the arranged tutoring session?

Contact your tutor ASAP! It is your responsibility to let them know if you are sick or if something has come up that will clash with your session. We would prefer 24 hours notice whenever possible and the Hunter’s Tutoring Service policy is that any sessions cancelled with less than 8 hours notice, the session is still paid for. Remember though; keep your tutoring session times a priority in order to reach your desired academic results.
